Job Description

As a Practitioner you will be responsible for performing high quality aesthetic treatments whilst maximising any potential sales opportunities. You will maintain an excellent standard of customer care at all times, monitoring the client’s journey from start to finish and ensure full client satisfaction by offering expert advice on skincare and post treatment care.

Key Responsibilities:

Treatments

  • To carry out high quality and professional laser and skin treatments in accordance with company protocol.
  • To carry out or participate in, skin and laser consultations with prospective clients to determine individual needs and to make recommendations on appropriate treatments and products.
  • To deliver exceptional customer care and develop a professional rapport with clients, ensuring that they are confident and satisfied with their treatments.
  • To promote & recommend products and services, maximising opportunities for sales and referrals including call lists to both new and existing clients

 

Compliance

  • To ensure all clinic procedures and data protection requirements are followed in relation to client records prior to, during and after appointments, including completion of medical history.
  • To maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times in relation to clients.
  • Maintain client follow ups with phone calls and email support when required
  • To maintain working areas and equipment in accordance with health, safety, hygiene and general housekeeping standards at all times.
  • To report immediately to the Clinic Manager or in her absence a Regional Manager, any client complaint or incident and to keep detailed written notes of the incident.

 

Customer Service

  • To provide front of house cover/duties as required within the clinic
  • To greet clients and visitors who arrive at the clinic and ensure they are made to feel welcome, dealing  with their enquiry in a professional and courteous way
  • To answer the telephone in the clinic politely and in accordance with company procedures, deal with all enquires including referring to other team members and making and adjusting bookings for treatments.
  • Maintain client follow ups with phone calls and email support when required
  • If authorised, take payments for clients after their treatments ensuring cash handling procedures are followed if required.

 

General

  • To assist with other clinic duties as required, including supporting other team members inclusive of our medical injector team
  • Participates in company training programs to develop skills and knowledge offering a variation of services as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • A passion for skincare and aesthetics with good working knowledge of the beauty/aesthetic industry
  • Beauty NVQ Level 3 (minimum)
  • Beauty NVQ Level 4 (desirable) and/or Laser Core of Knowledge
  • Good level of General education, including Numeracy, English, IT (Grades A-C)
