Sytner Mercedes Benz in Swindon are looking for a person on their Customer Service Retention team.
You will be calling Sytner Mercedes- Benz customers who have previously brought a car, converting as many calls as possible into test drive appointments
-Calling Sytner customers to book appointments for dealerships
-Providing excellent customer service and arranging call backs for customers
-Using internal booking system
-Taking Inbound sales calls from customers who are enquiring on cars shown on the Sytner Mercedes-Benz website
-Hitting targets and KPIs
-Building rapport with customers
-Sytner Mercedes-Benz based in Swindon Greenbridge.
This role will be working shift patterns of Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Tuesday between the hours of 8.00am-10:00pm and weekends on a rota basis (40 hours per week), paying £8 per hour (with opportunity for (LOTS OF) commission as soon as you have completed your training).
( NB:The shift patterns are done on weekly basis and are done fairly, and necessity to work lates is not often, and if you work at weekends you get days off the following week).
-Passionate about providing excellent customer service and retaining customers
-Confident working to targets
-Previous sales related experience in either a telephone based role or face to face sales isn’t essential however is desirable.
-Proven track record of achieving your own targets
-Skilled at overcoming objections.
